ATI Pilots Deserve Better.

The pilots of the world's largest Amazon Air carrier are

READY TO STRIKE

Stalled negotiations. Record pilot attrition. Three years under an outdated contract.

ATI pilots are ready to strike.

Who's counting? We are.

1234 days since our contract amendable date,
1508 days since negotiations began

READY TO STRIKE

Who We Are

We are the dedicated pilots of ATI, the largest Amazon Air carrier in the world. We transport millions of packages annually, support U.S. Military operations, provide extra coverage for UPS air cargo, and assist in various other cargo operations.

Our commitment to delivering superior reliability and service has played a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of ATI and its parent company, ATSG. We take immense pride in our professionalism and unwavering dedication.

What We Are Looking For

We have been in contract negotiations for nearly three and half years. We are seeking a market-based contract that reflects our contributions as long-term stakeholders in our company. This includes addressing issues such as pay, quality of life, retirement, and adequate rest.

Competitive Pay

While ATI has earned its position as the largest Amazon carrier through the reliability and service provided by our pilots, our pay is lagging our peers. It's disheartening to see company executives receiving significant bonuses while our pilots continue to work under an outdated contract in a demanding environment exacerbated by persistent staffing challenges.

Adequate Resources and Support

With the start of peak flying for cargo carriers just around the corner, ATI has not provided the tools and resources our pilots need to continue to provide excellent reliability and customer service. We have outperformed and outgrown our competitors—and our contract must reflect this with better work rules and safer schedules.

Committed to Success

Nobody is more committed to the success of ATI and our customers, including Amazon, than we are. We are proud to deliver for Amazon and are dedicated to maintaining our superior performance. However, rising attrition numbers threaten our ability to continue delivering excellence.

“ATI pilots have earned the position as the largest Amazon carrier in the world by delivering superior reliability and service, often despite the lack of support by the Company. Through our efforts and professionalism, ATI and ATSG continue to enjoy record revenue and growth. It is imperative that we secure a new contract that reflects the contributions pilots make to the success of our company each day.”

READ PRESS RELEASE

ATSG is jeopardizing its ACMI customers.

In 2022, 1/4 of ATI pilots left the airline and that number has only grown with more than 1/3 leaving as of October 2023. This level of attrition is not sustainable and will lead to insufficient staffing to support operations. A market-based contract is the only answer to retain skilled, experienced, professional pilots.

ATI refuses to invest in its people, technology, or services. ATI pilots and our other dedicated staff want to continue to provide the outstanding level of service our customers expect, but we do not have the resources to do so.

ATI pilots have delivered unprecedented reliability and earned ATI and ATSG unprecedented earnings. It’s time for a contract that recognizes the effort of its pilots. #LevelUpATI

ATI is hemorrhaging pilots at the rate of more than 20 per month, and is on track to lose more than 40 percent of its experienced pilot workforce by this time next year. This incredible rate of attrition far outpaces other cargo airlines. For as long as management categorizes us as liabilities on their balance sheet rather than the critically valuable assets that we are, the pilot exodus will continue.

Every eighteen hours an ATI pilot turns in their wings.

Our Common Goal

We want ATI to succeed and remain a strong partner for Amazon. However, every day without a competitive contract is another day that talented aviators leave for better opportunities elsewhere. We must secure a competitive pilot contract to retain and attract the best talent and ensure our airline remains the world's largest Amazon carrier.
